Social educators visit local families regularly to provide school material to our current students and to select new beneficiaries for our scholarship program. If the family lives in bad conditions and they have many children, it is a good enough reason for them to get our support.

Last week, social educators visited some families of students at Dak Sorsor who live far from the school (around 6 to 7 km). The long way and the conditions of the road force the children to get up very early, and when there is bad weather they can’t even get to school.

In our visits, we also make parents aware of the importance of going to school and promoting gender equality.
